Holly H - Hi Alison! We're currently developing an appointment scheduler app to book sessions & pay at once with a calendar. Right now you can use forms to choose session dates, times and pay at the same time, but it doesn’t include a graphic calendar. Here are two examples handling booking/payment on a Form:- https://blog.photobiz.com/form/basic-booking-form- https://s519.photobiz.com/form/mini-session-booking-formOther options include Registrations, which is the event booking tool included with Ecommerce websites. It's handy for booking sessions with set dates and times, like a day full of mini-sessions. Or if you're already using a scheduling program, it may be possible to embed it into your website. If you'd like, we can give you a call to help you find the best solution. We're at 866.463.7620 if you want to call us instead!Thank you for asking!! Holly H
