This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Alex (our SEO specialist) and I asked him to talk a little about SEO, how to do it, and what his service is like.
"What is SEO? Is it hard? Can I do it on my own?"
He let us record him talking a little bit. It was really insightful! Take a listen:
What Is An ''SEO Kickstart?''
Alex has an intensive “SEO boot camp” program, where he takes a look at your site & does the metadata and background work. But the focus of the program is really looking at your content and website as a whole and helping you create a better online space that's tuned for getting new business.
Because as he points out, you can have a site that looks good to robots and ranks well... but unless your website is actually going to appeal to visitors, that ranking is useless. A website that truly performs will help visitors fall in love with your business and take the next step to buy.
A site that gets results is worth more than a dozen that simply rank without getting you leads for your business.
That’s Alex's goal: to help you make sales and succeed.
There’s a lot of ways different SEO services work.
Some guys will “do it for you.” Sit behind a curtain and do some changes, hoping to bump you up a little in search without any real input from you.
Our service is a little different, and it works better. Alex likens the SEO Kickstart to personal training.
Some people can get fit exercising by themselves. That's cool. But others really benefit from having a personal trainer who knows the best routines for you to see results more quickly.
By working in partnership with an SEO expert, you have a focused & knowledgeable partner who will identify your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. It’s through work and learning that you really improve, not just by adding some code on the backend.
Because SEO is not just "robot stuff" or a box you tick in Google. It’s really your words, images, blogs, and pages. It’s your user experience and how people respond to your business online. It’s identifying your audience and tuning your content to appeal to them, not the entire world. It’s focused, steady, constant improvement.
And Alex has helped hundreds of businesses tune their presence to achieve success.
